Founded by Jeff Binagia in 2003, Dutchmark Roofing and Windows is on a mission to be the premier local contractor serving the communities of Beaumont, Nederland, and surrounding areas.

With decades of experience in the construction industry, Jeff knows the industry from the inside out. He’s been working with various disciplines from large commercial flat and metal roofs to residential window replacements and shingle roof replacements.

Jeff has intrinsic knowledge from working closely with the insurance companies. He has expertise in the insurance process from A to B and is an expert in estimation with Xactimate the standard estimation software used by insurance companies.

Equipped with this knowledge Jeff has been helping hundreds of homeowners get full compensation for their damages.

Previously located in Nederland until August of 2023, Dutchmark Roofing has now moved its primary location to downtown Beaumont Tx where it plans to expand and grow the business to provide services to more homeowners and business property owners in years to come!
